AN EXPLOSION OF FRESHNESS

Cherry red in color, brilliant with bluish notes on the edges. Aromas of fresh fruit with shades of raspberry. Initially pleasant and full, leading to a long aftertaste.

    D.O. Valencia
    Located in Requena, our own vineyards use a strictly non-irrigated gobelet system, with a ground that is chalky/sandy in texture.

    Organic wine. Suitable for vegans.

  • Harvest

    Grapes selected on site and harvested manually.

  • Grape variety

    Bobal 85-95% , Tempranillo 5-15%

  • Vinification

    emperature-controlled fermentation, aged in concrete and steel tanks. Light bâtonnage of sediments all throughout.

  • Aging

    Around 6 months.

  • Bottling

    Between April and May.

    Alc./Vol: 13-13,5%
    PH: 3,6-3,65
    Total acidity: 5,1-5,5 g/l
    Residual sugars: 1,5 g/l
    SO2: 0,050-0,095 g/l
