Brilliant, limpid and straw-yellow in color. Fruity aromas such as apricot, pineapple and floral notes. Initially bold, developing into a fruity taste which is longlasting.

Vineyard and viticulture
D.O. Valencia
Vineyard located in the limits of Requena, towards the interior of the province of Valencia at an altitude of 800m. Ground is chalky/sandy and calcareous.

Organic wine. Suitable for vegans.
Harvest
Grapes selected on site and harvested manually.
Grape variety
60-70% Merseguera, 25-30% Viognier, 5-10% Malvasía

Vinification
Each plot and/or variety is fermented separately. De-stemming and gentle crushing carried out on cluster sorting table. Cold maceration at around 6° for 4-8 hours
depending on plot or variety. Deposited to temperature controlled 25-50hl stainless steel tanks and fermented at 10-17° using native yeast.
Aging
In stainless steel tanks, with a fine sediment included.
